Molecular Materials:

  ( Rubber ) ( Wood ) (Plastic) ( PVC Vinyl Fabric ) 

 

Brittle Material: Little elastic deformation, breaks suddenly. - ceramic materials like glass.

Strong Material which is not ductile: Steel - suddenly bend

Stiffness: Show resistance to elastic deformation - structural steel

Ductility: can be hammered - aluminum, copper

Malleability: the ability to indentation.

Rigidity: shows little deformation. - ceramic materials

hardness: hard- steel
